How alerts work

Enter your flight number and date.
Choose text message or WhatsApp, and the alerts you want.
We send a short test message to confirm.
You get an alert each time something changes, until 2 hours after your flight leaves or lands.

Alerts are free. We only use your number for alerts about the flight you choose, and we delete it 2 hours after the flight.

What you can get alerts for

Gate changes

The moment your gate is announced or changes, with the walking time from security.

Delays and cancellations

A new departure or arrival time as soon as your airline confirms it. If a flight is cancelled, we tell you straight away and point you to your airline.

Boarding calls

When boarding starts, and a final call 10 minutes before the gate closes.

Bags on the belt

For arrivals only. A message when the first bags from your flight reach the belt, and which belt it is. Useful if you are meeting someone, too.
